Shipping Information

Order Processing: We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods & Times:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after dispatch. A flat fee of £12.95 applies.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note: These timeframes are estimates. Delivery to remote locations or areas in Asia may take longer or may not be available. Customs or import duties may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your gear as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.

Important Hygiene Notice: To protect all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items due to their close-to-skin nature, unless they are faulty or not as described:

  • Leggings (all types)
  • Base Layers (all types)

For all other items, to be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original, unused condition.
  • Have all original tags and labels attached.
  • Be in the original packaging.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Our Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]” and include the following details:
    • Your full name
    • Order number
    • Product name, size, and colour
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • For exchanges: your desired product name, size, and colour
  2. Wait for Instructions: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorisation Number and the shipping address for your return.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your Returns Authorisation Number. Ship your return to the address provided.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 5 business days.

Refunds

Refund Timeline and Method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of us receiving your return. Please allow 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.
  • PayPal: Refunds will be processed to your PayPal account within 5 business days of us receiving your return.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item to you.
